Join Nicole Bulow, PT and other mamas in a perinatal movement class that will guide you to unlock your existing potential for pregnancy, child birth and beyond!


Over the last 2 years I have been called to work with women across the pregnancy spectrum as there is SO much that can be done to aid in conception, ease comfort during pregnancy, facilitate labor and expedite postpartum recovery.

We provide one-on-one treatment sessions for women trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and throughout the postpartum period.

  • Conception - treatment focuses on optimizing the mobility of the abdominal fascia, ovary, uterus and fallopian tubes as limitations in the movement of these structures can obstruct successful conception.

  • Pregnancy - treatment looks to ensure efficiency in three main areas;

    • Appropriate flexibility in the joints of the pelvis, tailbone, and hips

    • Freedom of movement of the uterus, uterine ligaments, and abdominal fascia

    • Optimal tone, mobility, and function of the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles

  • Postpartum

    • Function and mobility of the pelvic floor muscles

    • Scar tissue treatment from perineal tearing or cesarean section surgery

    • Restoration of mobility and stability of the pelvic girdle

    • Diastasis Recti

    • Prolapse

    • Urinary urgency and incontinence (leakage)

    • Back, hip and neck pain


In addition, I have developed a class, Training for Labor, which focuses on educating and assisting women in achieving a smoother pregnancy, birth and recovery. The 90 minute class covers the nitty gritty of what is happening to a women’s body and provides a 10 minute movement routine to facilitate an easier, more comfortable pregnancy and birth.

This class can be taken at any time during your pregnancy, from the first day of a positive test to a few days before your due date!


The Purpose: the focus of this program is to provide you with a 10 minute routine that can be done throughout your pregnancy. This routine, done daily, will significantly impact your comfort during pregnancy, the ease of your delivery and the efficiency of your recovery. The routine can be a stand alone routine or can be a part of a larger fitness routine. You will also receive education from Nicole, a Women’s Health Physical Therapist (and Mama) about the anatomical and functional changes that are occurring within your body.

When: Each class will be offered once a month
